This is my book to help humanity. After some time of reflection that everyone had thanks to COVID-19. I thought about a way of helping humans to be in peace with themselfs.
Life can be hard sometimes even if you have all the materialistic things you desire. In those moments it’s important to act self aware. By doing this you start living with consciousness. Being purely conscious you will learn to listen to yourself.
We need to learn to live. We are all born but nobodydecides to live. Thats why we need to learn to be in peace and enjoy each day and moment of our existence. You come to this world with nothing and leave with memories and experiences so make them worth.
There is no specific or general way to do this. But I hope this book is a good first step for you to find your inner peace.
